PITTSFIELD ROTARY CLUB 1-5-2011

President Dan Borrowman passed around the very excellent article on our Rotary Interact Club in the Quincy Herald Wig. It was very comprehensive, and featured the many things the clubm has accomplished.

Diego had a goot Christmas vacation here. Saw his first snow and went snowboarding.

Rotary International Convention is in New Orleans....If you are thinking about going, Dan has the information. This nwill be the last one in the U.S. for about 6 years...

Rotary Board meeting is scheduled for January 12 at 11 a.m. at th Community Center.

Program: Charles A. Barber III took over for the missing program, and filled us in on much of the information that appears in the 100th year Issue of th Rotary International Magazine ... Read it... and you'll find out a wealth of information.

Chuck did a good job of seeing who knew the answers to some of the information that appeared in the magazine.

We were 4th in attendance in the District in November...let's try to get to first...it would only take a few makeups on line from those who have missed a meeting todo that, and you would learn a lot about other clubs and the programs that they have. Try it..you'll like it...
