Randy said he
emailed Mr. Hershey about total costs for the project and hasn’t heard back
yet. Randy will have Phil do a presentation to the club regarding
this.
Randy asked the
board if they thought the club would actively support a “hands on” project like
Habitat for Humanity. Connie will try to get Kathie Hull back for a
program ASAP.
(Addendum)
President received this lickity split back from
Connie….

January. The family then has to take a lot of classes to prepare for their
commitment and they hope to have a Spring ’08 groundbreaking. So…our
“sweat equity” would be needed in the spring and summer of
2008.
They have
donated land in Griggsville,
Randy said he
would try to get a hold of Becky McCartney to chair the Christmas Program again
this year. All agreed she did a great job last year and wanted to keep the
same gift format (Giving to needy families instead of gifts to our own
kids.)
