Subject: Special Board Meeting at Community Center

The Pittsfield Rotary Club convened a specially called meeting at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at the Pittsfield Community Center. President Randy Hires called the meeting to determine the amount of money we should contribute to the Pittsfield Community Center in view of the fact they had need of funds for air conditioning the building. Max Middendorf moved we give $500 and Jan Bleich seconded the motion. The motion carried.

Those attending to constitute the quorum were: Randy Hires, Ann Revis, Max Middendorf, and Jan Bleich. Also attending were non board members Dan Borrowman, Roberta Simpson-Dolbeare (Treasurer), and Chuck Barber (Secretary).

Business being completed the meeting was adjourned at 1:08 pm.
